Our client is a leading Mid Market Private Equity firm with a UK and European focus. Having recently completed the raising on a new fund they are looking to add a senior hire to the London team.

The strategy of the firm is to invest through a range of junior debt instruments, preferred equity and / or minority equity structures, delivering more optimal outcomes than traditional forms of debt and equity financing.

This opportunity will allow the individual to join an exciting, successful, growing team. It is expected that this mature candidate will bring something extra to the team. This individual will run the total deal process from origination to exit; this is not a pure execution role.

The ideal candidate would currently be a Managing Director or Partner from a leading Private Equity firm (mid market through the large buy out). This high calibre individual would have an outstanding academic and professional record, with the additional benefit of speaking at least 1 continental European Language.
