Our client a leading infrastructure fund with over $1Billion AUM is seeking a analyst to work closely with the Partners. This will involve modelling and advising on divestments, aquisitions and financings.

This is an ideal first move to the buyside for junior analysts and associates.

Working closely with the senior leadership of this Infrastructure fund. You will be responsible for:

• Designing, buildingand developing complex and innovative financial models, incorporating relevant financing structures and tax and accounting treatments.
• Reviewing current financing structures for optimal terms and pricing.
• Managing external advisers and consultants.

Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate

• BA Hons, 2.i or equivalent from a top institution
• Advanced Excel and VBAskills
• Strong analytical and modelling skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of commercial acumen
