Our track record of success across our markets has been based on our unique approach coupled with our ability to offer our clients a choice between a contingent process or a retained search. In applying either method our style is proactive and we have developed our business model to ensure we are not constrained by conflicting relationships in the target markets we search.
We have been fiercely protective of our reputation and as a result we will only accept a mandate where we are confident it is within our market and we will only recommend a retained approach when we are convinced it is the right method to produce a successful conclusion.
In addition everyone from Managing Director to Consultant is involved in every step of a process from origination, briefing, research, shortlist and execution. This approach ensures that the advice our clients receive accurately reflects the relevant market. We don't employ researchers as we believe that the only way we can guarantee our clients a comprehensive search is if the consultant is responsible for the entire process.
Our consultants are all experienced specialists in their sector and are supported by the directors of the business who have over 30 years cumulative experience in the industry.
